It's important for you to know: Tennessee law requires that all companies who place MLS listings for sellers MUST be able to provide ongoing support to those sellers, including appointment setting, processing documents for offers and counteroffers and providing answers to sellers questions during the process. Many out-of-state or internet discount listing-only companies may not be able to provide these legally-required services. As a local, full service, and state-licensed Real Estate Agency, Longmire Realty, LLC. has always provided our clients with these services and will continue to do so.

With our hybrid concept, we charge you only for the services you need, and never take money from you for the things you can do yourself. We offer more services for the price than any of our competitors. This unique and highly successful marketing program has helped an overwhelming number of our clients sell their properties and has made us the leader in our niche of the marketplace.

Save Thousands

Option One: Pay just $500.00 upfront, plus only 1/2 of 1% at closing. We'll network your home to more than 8,500 agents for less money than traditional real estate fees, AND have the ability to pay no buyer's agent commission!

We consider the upfront payment a marketing charge to cover the costs of advertising your home. At closing, we charge a small fee of .005 (1/2 of 1%) of your sales price for our help negotiating your contract, communicating with buyers' agents, and providing you with ongoing professional and administrative support throughout the entire process of the sale.

Option Two: No upfront fee, and pay only 2% if your home sells without a buyer’s agent, or just 4.5% if sold with a buyer's agent.

Electronic Agent Lockboxes: A key part of your marketing strategy, they can be rented for the entire duration of your listing period for a $100.00 one-time "good until sold" rental fee. In a transaction worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, a lockbox is cheap insurance to make sure that you never miss an opportunity to have your home shown to a prospective buyer.

Additional advertising in a real estate magazines: Place your photo and ad in the Homes or Tennessean’s Area – Price Magazine which includes online exposure and weekend classifieds. Rates vary by subscription and only available to Real Estate professionals.

"HOME TOURS" in the Tennessean News Sunday Open House Real Estate section: We can place a photo of your home with a description and directions when you want to advertise an open house or direct more traffic to your home. (Only agents can reserve a spot in this very effective section of the paper.)

Customized Email Alerts: Broadcast your listing via customized email template to all area realtors. Great for communicating buyer agent or selling incentives, price changes, etc.

If you use us to buy your next house, we will return your one-time fee at the closing of your new home. So, you have then sold your house for only ½ of 1% of your sales price!
